Who is Jesus for YOU? How has he influenced your life? Please comment below. Here's a VERY quick look at a couple of aspects of Christology: Since there are no classes this weekend, there is no new video this week. If you have been searching for the topical handouts in the CARE Center, you can find the ones for the three most recent videos in the hanging baskets in the main lobby of the CARE Center. (photo, left) Katie's next Catechist Meeting will be Sunday, November 22, 12:45-2pm. Please RSVP if interested. Elementary Faith Formation Catechists, we hope you’re finding these videos a convenient way to prepare for your sessions, but meeting face-to-face has its own advantages. You are invited to come meet with Katie on Sunday, October 25, from 12:45-2:00pm in Room 212 of the CARE Center. She’ll be talking about experiential learning and whatever else you’d like to cover. Please let her know by October 22 if you plan to attend.
Check back early next week for a new video! NEW: If you need access to your syllabus, you can now find a copy on this blog! Simply look under Categories in the right column and click on the word Syllabus, then go to the one for your grade level. In the lobby of the CARE Center are some hanging shelves marked "Catechist Classroom". There you can find topical handouts for the three most recent videos. We're not exactly sure how it happened, but we both had a lot to say about Mary, so we've divided this week's video into two segments. In the Comments below, please share your experience of Mary, or what works well in your classroom when introducing children to Jesus' mother. By the way, on the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, October 7, St. Andrew's will host a Living Rosary service at 7pm in the Church. Part One Part Two |
